What this quote means that he was not really doing it for the recognition or for the fame, in all honesty, he was just leading his team in the right direction. He was very humble about certain things like I said before, the recognition. What he has done for his team and as a coach really does bring respect and gratefulness upon him. There is great things you can achieve if you lead your life the right direction, good will come your way, because you utterly deserve it.
