Physical Fitness
Student Success Statement
President John F. Kennedy
"Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it its the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. Intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong"
Reflection
This statement is stating you need to be healthy and strong in order to have intelligence and skill. When you are unhealthy, you seem lazier than usual, you tend to slack off, you feel so tired and so bummed out about everything. Lazy to the point where working hard for your future self being is something you do not look forward to anymore. You need to stay active, be self positive, have hope for yourself before you start reaching those goals you want to accomplish. The only change you could start with is yourself.
